Put down your phone. Pick up clay.
Art isn't a luxury. It's essential to our wellbeing, and never more so than now, when we're all more reachable and less present than ever, burnt-out and stretched thin holding it together for everyone else.
That belief is the whole reason I started BLW. Studio. I stepped away for a while when I became a mum (motherhood takes some getting used to), but the reason behind it never went anywhere. If anything, it feels more urgent now. Collectively, we need a creative reset that's genuinely relaxing and nourishing.
An unhurried evening of clay and wine
Sculpting & Wine is back. An unhurried evening to put the phone down, pick up clay, have a glass of wine, and make art-inspired sculptures with your own hands. This season we're taking inspiration from the bold, joyful, unapologetic forms of Niki de Saint Phalle. No experience, no pressure. If you can hold a glass of wine, you can do this.
